Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping — 2–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

Free Shipping We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Check our store for current offers.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Multiple Suppliers Biumla works with multiple suppliers. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@biumla.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Biumla is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
